We do not own production lines, so we have no reason to push you toward a factory that suits us. You pay our service fee, which means the only supplier we recommend is the one that fits your specification. It also means there is work we should not take on, and we would rather say so before you send a brief.

How Do We Audit Your Supply Chain?
Four stages, each with something you receive before the next one starts.
Brief and supplier shortlist
You send specification, target quantity and packaging needs. We come back with a shortlist of verified factories and an itemised quotation separating the factory price from our service fee.
Sample and specification sign-off
You approve a physical sample and a written specification sheet signed by the factory. Every revision is documented before mass production is released.
Production monitoring and inspection
We check during production and again before shipment against an agreed AQL standard. You receive a report with photographs, measurements and defects classified by severity.
Consolidation, documents and dispatch
Goods are consolidated in our warehouse, export documentation is assembled for your destination, and the balance is due only after you approve the pre-shipment inspection.
How Is Our Sourcing Priced?
A service fee paid by you is the only money we make on your order. Fee tiers are published openly rather than quoted case by case, so you can compare us against another agent on the same basis before you talk to anyone.

No commission from the supplier
We take nothing from the factory side. Undisclosed supplier commission is the most common complaint importers raise about sourcing agents, and it is the practice we are built against.
Itemised, not bundled
Inspection, domestic freight, storage beyond the free period and optional services are listed separately, so you can decline any of them.

How Can I Manage Cash Flow While Sourcing From China?
The gap between paying a Chinese factory and selling the goods is where importers get squeezed. Open Account settlement closes it: your stock ships, you sell, and payment falls due afterwards instead of before.
